Some say they run away from their problems, some say they run towards their hearts. What I know is that there is the place where bodies feel alive and wisdom is created from in those darkness.

DEFY is a collective and brand based on running as a lifestyle and philosophy, as a form of freedom, authenticity, and purpose.&#38;nbsp;
DEFY is for everyone who may be or feel an outsider and rebel to find their inner truth instead of following the norm. For those who go outside to feel alive, instead of staying in our comfort zone and nest. 
‘Numbness’ here refers to the act of distracting oneself, as easy social accepted excape to avoid any kind of discomfort. As a society we have numerous implemented habits for this such as infinite scrolling&#38;nbsp; which might benefit economic growth but not personal growth and wellbeing.&#38;nbsp;

There are two main characters in the universe of Defy:
The Midnight Runner

Representing the one who runs, in darkness and light, as in nocturnal Scandinavian winters. The runner is genderless and has different faces.

La Que SabeLa Que Sabe is Spanish and means, the one who knows, and comes from Latin American/Spanish oral traditions. The Midnight Runner comes to her for guidance, support and inspiration. She can be found in long or night runs when reaching a meditative-trance flow. This relationship and the community are the core to defy (resist, challenge, or go against) inequality and mental health issues among youth, and boldly speak up, challenging oppressive narratives for more inclusive and loving ones.

Moreover, the merging of different fields as fashion, culture, design, and music.

Photography is an art form that I am constantly drawn back to. However, also been pushed away from because of bias, such as its technical complexity or a somehow male-dominated area where I did not feel I belonged. All these photographs are shot on an old iPhone SE, merely to focus on practicing the skill of visual composition, without the distraction of more tech. Through this method, I explored more spontaneity I would otherwise not have, being able to capture more of the rawness of ordinary moments. I started walking around, observing my surroundings differently and seeing other kinds of beauty in each object and person. This way of beholding has become a lifestyle. For me, India means rawness, grounding, and living connected to nature’s cycles. I capture that pureness of people and places, the simplicity of this essence, and the deep care people have for each other. I believe we can learn so much from everyone all over the world.

This is about the journey of re-exploring authentic self-expression, liberating oneself from internal and external biases. When the body is our instrument to sense the elements in a physical reality, it carries us every day, and we take care of it. We feel light, rays of sun on the skin, the flesh, and from within our own light shining too. We, on Earth, keep rotating around the Sun for our entire existence. Sometimes we might take it for granted, sometimes we realise how grateful we are. When growing up, we might forget to play, and we spend time remembering to feel like a kid again. Assuming our responsibility, including our responsibility of feeling joy and pleasure, which all lies within. We remember to be in our body, to observe like a child with curiosity, without defining (limiting) or judgment. Playing with light, with gravity, with objects, with shapes, with different faces. We know playing is to explore, everything is temporary, there are no expectations, and we can try on and off everything that flows towards us. A sense of sensuality and theatricality is being explored, observing how a position feels, and when looking at it, what comes up?

The concept of this series was born as a rebellion of socially imposed body language tied to gender and sexual orientation. The emotion of anger can be a great driving force to initiate action to create change; however not much accepted in non-male bodies, dismissing them for being hysterical, dramatic, cute/sexy, but not serious. There are many social “rules” that we have never signed up for and which are unjust. I aim to uncover some of those micro patterns which are embedded, hiddenly, in daily life. Symptoms of the root problem of a patriarchal system. I aim to build awareness and provide the choice of what we deliberately want to follow/support or not. 
There are countless more body movements and positions which are completely untouched in general daily life, while they could make us feel more alive and empowered. Lastly, body language also reflects the underlying individual and societal blockages.

Lune feels the need to represent women out of the norm, rewriting the narrative of female identity. An identity which is fluid, diverse, and multidimensional. What does it mean to be a women? What’s a women’s vision like? Nowadays, we still live in a world ruled by the man’s view in collective narrative. Lune aims to explore the multidimensional being. The feminine quality that is found in every human, and by reexploring the feminine, we naturally also reexplore the masculine as they are interconnected, and ultimately seek for balance. This is within all being regardless of the gender identification, and on the Earth.

Direction, 2025.
The meaning of direction is deeply explored topic of the artist over the last year. It is what leads us forward, from being scattered, to a single line traced focus. Direction and determination is key to reach far and beyond, cutting off noise and distraction, and being consistent and patience with where you want your arrow to reach.&#38;nbsp;

This is a reflection of the path of learning on how much of female sexuality is taken away from women, unaffiliating our body and sensual experience towards a male gaze, competition, and a distorted mediatic representation. This is a statement of claiming back the body that was mine in the first place, and nobody’s elses business. To reexplore how it actually feels from within, without an audience to cater to, and free from expectations. Just getting back so safely explore what is as it is.

The Sacred Creative Harmony, 2024.Reminders on acting on fear, 2024.&#38;nbsp;The pieces of this project are snippets of a deep internal work seeking a consistent creative process. For Lune, to design/create artistically is a spiritual, psychological, and somatic act. She can be my most authentic self-expression when being in an embodied meditative state, drawing her attention inwards and focusing on expression while letting go of any external opinions and expectations. How can we embrace this state more? The artist has been facing many biases, conditioning, and limiting beliefs. One method of uncovering them is journaling (artist's morning pages) and somatic dance. Relearning being in her body again has been a game-changer. The purple concepts are written from this embodied self-experience.
